Registrations are now open
To register to the conference, please read the following information and complete the form below (Required fields are indicated with asterisks). Your registration will become effective after reception of your payment or order form.

Registration information and policy:
Registration fees are kept as modest as possible. Reduced rates are available for students and for early-bird registrations (i.e. registration form and payment received before 5 August 2012). Unfortunately, because of a lack of incoming sponsorships, we will not provide grants. The registration fee includes access to the conference, congress bag, lunch and coffee breaks as scheduled in the conference program, access to the icebreaker and poster receptions, and a conference dinner. Registration fees are as follows (in €):

The preferred mode of payment is through wire transfer but payment with VISA, MASTERCARD, EUROCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS is also accepted. Payment can be made as follows:

Cancellation policy:
(1) All cancellations must be sent in written form to the conference organisation.
(2) Provided a written notice is received before July 1, 2012, a full refund will be given minus a 15% administration charge.
(3) Provided a written notice is received before September 1, 2012, 50% refund will be given.
(4) No refunds will be made after September 1, 2012.
(5) All refunds will be paid after the conference.
